HAHAHAHA

Someone told me at the race last weekend that I got "pulled" down the second straight... Well ladies sometimes you gotta make things fun and live a little. Mid-Moto old school impression tribute thing while supposedly gettin "pulled"

Livermore State Race

Day 1 of state racing is all wrapped up and I took the win in class and was the fastest amateur to make it into the main where I took a 4th behind Trevor Fay 3rd, Gavin Lubbe 2nd, and Josh Oie took down the big win to the tune of $262. Not bad. I had a good lap in the main I caught a lame elbow from Kyle in turn 1 that was just a waste of time he wasnt close enough to make it stick so it kinda just held us usp while Trevor slid under us and got out clean. Rode hard and caught him but not enough time to make a pass. Made $131 for my efforts and took down a few holeshots and the main event win in 19-25X I figure since im out of that class in a few months I might as well leave with some wins. Niko was bummed but he will learn that sometimes you have to bide your time and be patient, he ran it in hot into the first turn and Im not sure if he banked on me backing off but that wasnt happenin and he eventually went down which left a ball up but I had a clean line through the turn with a lane 3 draw to start from. Took it wire to wire and started state off with a W. Pics of the podium below/above LOL

The Session Was Good.

Progression Session went down yesterday evening after about 75 texts from anyone and everyone if the rain clouds and chance of a washout were enough for me to bump the date. No no no. I am way too busy to try and bump the date around and wait for the best weather scenario so the session was a go. I got to work at about 430pm after meetin up with Rob Payne who generously provided me with some surplus ice to keep the stuff cold. The weather looked good enough to hold out and one by one all the boys showed up. Riders were greeted with a tee shirt if they were the first 50 in attendance, and after that it switched to vans wallets and Knight Bike Co. Products of their choices. The first hour produced roughly 40-50 guys and by the end of the night we had 79 checked locals in our system and about 30 new riders that were first timers. 100+ riders and roughly 35 spectators made it out and enjoyed themselves before being treated to Pizza courtesy of Rob at Cali bikes. 13 Pizzas were delivered by Rob himself along with a Fit Eddie V3 Frame courtesy of Fit Bike Co. and Chris Moeller. The riding was top notch and kids from as young as 5 to some of my older vets in the mid 40's range were on point and clockin bangers left and right. We gave out roughly 150 legit prizes from shirts, sticker packs, tubes, etc etc etc and that eddie frame? Luckily Brandon Gherig walked awya with it and I was pretty psyked on him winning it. He already reps Fit and S&M real hard and has a S&M tattoo to boot. Check below for our pizza pic and Brandon being way excited. Nor* Cal Represent as always and thanks to the riders for showing up and supporting BMX in the yay area.

DawgInc Productions...

***EDIT*** Calabasas Bikes has stepped up big time and has taken the Pizza man hostage! Thanks goes out to Rob and the Cali Bikes crew for makin sure we all are well fueled through the night! Chris Moeller from S&M is also a long time supporter of all things Nor Cal and has green lit a goodie box that was shipped today so the swag is rolling in and the thing is shaping up nicely!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here we go again! This one will be way more mellow than the Nor Cal Classic but should be a good time for all. Basically we finally have access to the pool coping bowl at LCRSP and I want to have a good session with all the boys to break it in nicely. Steel pegs are welcome. As always respect the coping and we will be in the clear for never having to worry about anything again. Bring your pads! I wont be saving anyone and you have been warned already the Rangers are paid to be there and crack down on this rule. Basically even if you dont get called out by them, come Monday morning Ill catch hell for the # of people who I "let" ride padless. So do me a favor rider to rider on some respect shit and bring some soft elbows and knees or rent em for $5. We typically run out of rentals so try and bring some. Food is in the works if anyone wants to drop cash or sponsor the grub let me know, otherwise its out of my pocket and youll get old stale chips and cold water! Haha JK. Prizes for some random things come out it wont be anything formal I just want to pull a large number of riders and have a good ol fashioned session that we talk about for a few weeks. Shout out Tom @ EmpireBMX.COM for helping with a shit load of tees to give away. For those of you who use danscomp for your mail order needs... get educated and get with the rider owned companies man. www.empirebmx.com or die. More info to come stay tuned and bring a friend :)
